  • Raising funds for Plymouth MS Society, Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit & Primrose Ward Derriford Hospital, Plymouth Sound Magic Appeal and Doctors Surgeries in the area, Cancer Research UK, Jeremiah's Journey and St Lukes Hospice.
  • Successful application to SWRDA for grant of 100K to fund purchase of property.

  • Obtaining planning consent for improvements to community centre.

  • Obtaining planning consent for new build retail store.Dec 04.
  • Negotiation with Plymouth & Southwest Co-operative of a rental and profit share from the management of the Retail Store.
  • Letting of additional office space to Plymouth Money Advice Group.Jan 05.
  • Extending parking facilities and creating a new vehicular access to the centre May 05.
  • Commenced building works for the creation of a retail facility Jun 05.
  • Successful application to the Local Network Fund for funding of 12K for a Youth Activities Project Jun 05.
  • Successful application to Devon Community Foundation for 1.5K for purchase of 2 Laptops and a Projector.
  • Sponsorship of Tamar Side under 13's football team.
  • Raising 2000 for Plymouth Shopmobility and Community Transport. November 05
  • Co-op Store open for trading Nov 05
  • Creating 14 new posts for employment.
  • Approval of Planning consent for the third and final phase of improvement programme Dec 05.
  • Took over management of Independence Building to establish a Community Resource Centre March 06

  • Agreement with Devon & Cornwall Police to establish Community Police Office within Community Resource Centre Aug 2006
